		<description>This is why I rarely even talk about &quot;Agile&quot; or &quot;Lean&quot; anymore, I talk about concepts like transparency, lowering the cost of change,  tightening feedback loops, etc. 

If people buy into the principles, the practices can incrementally emerge on their own or with a few well-placed nudges (such as &quot;you know, if we could test these things in isolation, we would be more confident about making changes...&quot;)

If people focus just on practices, it tends to be nothing more than a cargo-cult mess. I&#039;ve seen more than a handful of Scrum teams which weren&#039;t the least bit agile.</description>
