		<description>Maybe it&#039;s me, but it&#039;s really needed to think about all *-complete phases? I think *ship-complete*, or just *done* fits better. Interactive and incremental development works better with just *one done*, IMO.

And you have the point: it&#039;s disturbing having QA and development playing forever it&#039;s-your-turn-now-and-again kind of game...</description>
