Navegando aqui na net, encontrei seu blog, nem preciso dar os parabens ne? Excelente mesmo. E foi quando descobrir que vc eh um TW. E na ultima semana fui selecionado para quem sabe ser um TWer, hj fiz minha primeira entrevista por telefone e foi enviando dois problemas para serem resolvidos e enviado em até 3 dias. 
Parabens pelo post que vc falou sobre o processo de selecao nas empresa, concordo contigo tb. Poucas dao feedback e sobre o lance dos frameworks eh um ponto importante, pois acho que as empresas devem procurar profissionais &quot;genericos&quot; que venha se adaptar as mudancas gerais e nao que fique refem de uma tecnologia apenas.
